This is to inform you that the Company has received possession notice for the Company’s Assets under section 13(12) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 read with rule 8(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 dated 8 th July, 2021 from Punjab National Bank, Chennai for the recovery of loan borrowed by the Company.
