Intimation of Trading Window
We wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended June 30,2022 as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended in December 2018.
Sale of Rig Deep Driller 2 and Deep Driller 6
Please refer to our letter dated 31st May, 2022 informing the sale of the rigs referred above.
Insofar rigs Deep Driller 2 and Deep Driller 6, the transactions could not be completed. Hence the date of completion of the transaction stands extended to 31st July 2022.
We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

Sale of Jack-up Rig Deep Driller 7
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please be informed that the Board at their meeting held on 26 May,2022 had approved the sale of Jack-up Rig Deep Driller 7 owned by our step down subsidiary Deep Drilling 7 Pte Ltd subject to approval of shareholders and other requisite approvals. The Sale and Purchase Agreement between the parties was entered into today. The details are as under:

Sale of Jack-up Rig Deep Driller 8
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please be informed that the Board at their meeting held on 23rd March 2022 had approved the sale of Jack-up Rig Deep Driller 8 owned by our step down subsidiary Deep Drilling 8 Pte Ltd subject to requisite approvals. The Sale and Purchase Agreement between the parties was entered into today. The details are as under:

Insofar rigs Deep Driller 2, Deep Driller 4 and Deep Driller 6, the transactions could not be completed. Hence the date of completion of the transaction stands extended to 30th June 2022.

We had in our letters dated 10th February 2022, 15th February 2022, 28th February 2022 & 31st March 2022 informed that the date of completion of Sale of our above mentioned Rigs as 30th April 2022. However the transaction could not be completed. Hence the date of completion of the transaction stands extended to 31st May 2022.
