Pursuant to superannuation of Shri. S. N. Balaji, Company Secretary, Shri. D. Suresh, (Mem No. A51451) hitherto Deputy Company Secretary, will be the Company Secretary with effect from 01st August 2026.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereof and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
