Guidelines for Vendor Registration

  • Download “ Vendor Registration” forms # VRF01 , VRF02 – Supply Vendor & VRF02B – Service Vendor
  • Fill the Forms with appropriate data and correct information related to your Product-line and Services
  • Please include all relevant information(s) like OEM / Authorised Dealer( mention make/ region )/ Equivalent Part Supplier/ Specialty in the Services etc in remarks column for relevant enquiries
  • Vendor Track Record, HSE policies and QA / QC procedures followed by the Supplier must be enclosed
  • Vendor confirms it has read all Terms & Conditions and upon submitting the VRF, Vendor confirms its acceptance to the same
  • Duly filled Vendor Registration Form (VRF) should be emailed to procurement@aban.com
