Dear Sir/ Madam,
Further to our letter dated 19t May, 2026 regarding intimation of submission of Audited financials for the quarter and year ended 31% March,2026, we would like to inform you the following:

As on date, the preparation of the financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2026 is under progress, considering the ongoing compilation, verification, and reconciliation of financial data and supporting records pertaining to the relevant reporting period.
The team is making continuous efforts to compile and reconcile the available information from both physical and electronic sources. This requires considerable time and effort. We will therefore be unable to submit the audited financial results today.
The Resolution Professional assures that the results will be submitted to the Stock Exchange at the earliest possible time upon availability of complete and reconciled financial information.

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused.
