03/09/2005 - The Company has completed acquisition of Offshore Jackup Drilling Rig named Rowan Texas on 02.09.2005. The Rig will be henceforth known as Aban VII.

31/08/2005 - Mr. V.S. Rao has been nominated as Chairman of the Board and Mr. P Murari has been nominated as Vice Chairman of the Board.
