Guidelines for Vendor Registration

Download “ Vendor Registration” forms # VRF01 , VRF02 - Supply Vendor & VRF02B - Service Vendor

Fill the Forms with appropriate data and correct information related to your Product-line and Services

Please include all relevant information(s) like OEM / Authorised Dealer( mention make/ region )/ Equivalent Part Supplier/ Specialty in the Services etc in remarks column for relevant enquiries

Vendor Track Record, HSE policies and QA / QC procedures followed by the Supplier must be enclosed

Vendor confirms it has read all Terms & Conditions and upon submitting the VRF, Vendor confirms its acceptance to the same

Duly filled Vendor Registration Form (VRF) should be emailed to procurement@aban.com.
